Silvio J. Talarico

As Chief Financial Officer, Silvio J. Talarico oversees all aspects of the firm's financial operations and reporting functions. He has more than 25 years of leadership experience with extensive knowledge in strategy, financial management, budgeting, operations, real estate, knowledge management, mergers, technology, business development and risk management, among other administrative functions within the legal services industry.

In his previous roles, Sil served as Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, managing a comprehensive range of administrative functions for large, mid-sized and boutique law firms. His tenure was marked by significant achievements, including leading the integration of combining law firms, technology infrastructure transformation projects, the implementation of advanced systems to create efficiencies, employee performance management and the management of national real estate portfolios.

Sil is a frequent industry speaker and is active in developing educational programs for peers through the Association of Legal Administrators and other organizations.
