Meghan A. Hayden is a member of the Business Law and Real Estate practices at Murtha Cullina.

Meghan’s practice includes a variety of commercial and real estate transactions. She advises clients on finance, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, loan workouts and restructuring, construction contracts, joint ventures and other commercial transactions.

Meghan also has experience representing lending institutions, property developers, owners, tenants and landlords. She assists clients with the purchase, sale, financing, leasing and development of commercial real estate properties, commercial transactions and other general corporate issues. Meghan has also represented and advised municipal clients in connection with general real estate and municipal matters.
