Mabel M. Diamond

Mabel M. Diamond is a paralegal in the Corporate practice where she handles general corporate governance, due diligence, Blue Sky filings and transactional work in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset purchase and commercial finance.

She is an active member of the Central Connecticut Paralegal Association, where she served as president and chair of several committees. Prior to joining Murtha Cullina she was a paralegal at a major Connecticut law firm.
