Boston, MA (June 30, 2017)…Murtha Cullina LLP Partner Rachel Faye Smith has been invited to become the Co-Chair of the Boston Bar Association’s ERISA Committee. She will begin her two-year term in September.
The ERISA Committee is part of the Tax Section of the Boston Bar Association and is responsible for organizing programs and discussing policies regarding ERISA. The Committee is comprised of key tax practitioners in the Boston legal community.
Ms. Smith is a member of Business and Finance Department of Murtha Cullina. She is the Chair of the Employee Benefits practice group and a member of the Labor and Employment and Tax practice groups. She represents a wide range of clients and business sectors, including both public and private companies, venture capital and private equity firms, limited liability companies and partnerships, and nonprofit organizations in the areas of employee benefits, ERISA and executive compensation.
