Rachel Kindseth, a member of Murtha Cullina’s Litigation practice, was recognized by the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut for her pro bono work.
The Pro Bono Honor Roll recognizes attorneys who have accepted appointments to render pro bono legal services to unrepresented litigants in civil cases in the District of Connecticut, devoting their time and knowledge to ensuring access to justice to those who could otherwise not afford it.
In her practice, Rachel represents clients in the area of litigation, including commercial, employment and insurance coverage on behalf of policyholders and in appellate practice. She has represented policyholders in coverage claims involving commercial liability, products liability, property damage and business interruption.
