Taruna Garg will be part of a panel at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education's Annual Bankruptcy Law Conference 2023 on thorny lien issues in commercial and consumer bankruptcy. Among the topics the panelists will tackle include avoidance of non-consensual liens, recent decisions regarding judicial lien avoidance, and the challenges being waged against tax takings by strict foreclosure by various states. The program will be presented live in person in Boston on January 12 from 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm, as well as on a live webcast on January 12 as well.
