On November 20, Labor & Employment partner Salvatore Gangemi will participate in an international discussion on non-compete agreements hosted virtually by Lex Mundi.

The 75-minute panel discussion will delve into the world of non-competes and the legal and regulatory challenges companies face when managing a global workforce.

Sal will present an overview of the disparities developing between different states in the U.S. in response to the Federal Trade Commission's non-compete ban. Panelists will include Lex Mundi lawyers from Mexico, Cyprus, Canada and the U.S.

The webinar is crafted for both Lex Mundi member firms and corporate counsel. Murtha Cullina is the exclusive member firm in Connecticut for Lex Mundi – the world’s leading network of independent law firms with in-depth experience in 125+ countries worldwide.
