Partner Robert Kaelin was recently elected to serve on the ICSC+U.S. LAW Program Planning Committee. ICSC is the member organization for industry advancement and promotes and elevates the marketplaces and spaces where people shop, dine, work, play and gather as foundational and vital ingredients of communities and economies.

The ICSC+U.S. LAW Program Planning Committee organizes and runs the annual ICSC+U.S. LAW Conference held each October. The Committee is comprised of other distinguished attorneys, private practice and in-house, from around the country. Bob was elected to an initial 6-year term.

The ICSC+U.S. LAW Conference is a must-attend event for legal practitioners in the marketplaces industry. The ICSC+ event series delivers discipline-specific, forward-thinking content for the creators, designers, builders and thinkers who define contemporary marketplaces.

Bob has been highly involved in ICSC and has spoken at ICSC+U.S. LAW multiple times. As a seasoned commercial litigator, Bob advocates for clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts as well as in arbitration and mediation forums. He is a veteran of bench and jury trials and serves as a panel arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. His clients include community banks, national restaurant chains and commercial real estate companies.
