Intellectual Property partner Richard Basile will be a featured speaker at the upcoming 39th Annual Joint Patent Practice Seminar on September 7 in New York City.
Richard is part of the biotech and pharma session where he will explore the implications of the Mylan Pharm. Inc. v. Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp decision.
The Joint Patent Practice Continuing Legal Education’s Joint Patent Practice Seminar is an annual, one-day seminar featuring speakers, including judges, government officials, and experienced attorneys who discuss recent cases, legislation, and regulations involving patent law and practice.
Richard represents clients in all areas of intellectual property law, with a focus on patent litigation and patent prosecution.
