On October 23, Labor & Employment chair Patricia Reilly will speak on a panel titled, "Successful Women Attorneys Share Their Stories," for the Connecticut Bar Association.
The event will begin with a half-hour of networking with light food and a cash bar followed by a 90-minute panel discussion of experienced women attorneys from the areas of criminal, family, employment, transactional, litigation and workers’ compensation practices.
The moderated discussion will highlight the different challenges and opportunities unique to women attorneys. The panelists will discuss how women attorneys can strive for work-life balance, advocate for themselves in the legal workforce, find mentorship opportunities, handle unconscious bias and leverage marketing opportunities.
