Murtha Cullina is pleased to announce that partner Robert E. Kaelin now serves as a Panel Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
AAA panels are comprised of accomplished attorneys with exceptional subject-matter expertise, former federal and state judges and business owners who understand the essence of the dispute. Not only do AAA panelists have expertise in focused topics of their disciplines, but they also are required to take ongoing education in the art and science of arbitration.
Mr. Kaelin represents clients in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy. He is a member of the Murtha Cullina Litigation Department and is also the Co-Chair of the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group and the Community Banking Practice Group.
Mr. Kaelin is the Past President of the Hartford County Bar Association and is a James W. Cooper Fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Miami University and his J.D. from Duke University School of Law.
