Ms. Reilly, the Chair of the Firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, is an experienced employment litigator and counselor who represents clients in state and federal courts in a wide range of cases including employment discrimination and related torts, non-compete and restrictive covenants, and wage and hour. She also regularly appears before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, the EEOC, the Connecticut Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of Labor. She is listed as a leading Labor and Employment Lawyer in Chambers USA. In 2020, Best Lawyers in America® recognized Ms. Reilly as “Lawyer of the Year” in the area of New Haven, Employment Law Management, and in 2017 and 2020, Best Lawyers recognized her as “Lawyer of the Year” in the area of New Haven, Litigation – Labor and Employment.
Ms. DelMonico has been the Managing Partner of Murtha Cullina since 2015. She is a trial lawyer primarily representing manufacturers in product liability, commercial litigation, and intellectual property lawsuits. Ms. DelMonico currently serves on the Board of Directors of Lex Mundi, the world’s leading network of independent law firms, as Board Chair of the Connecticut Business and Industry Association (CBIA), and as Immediate Past Chair of the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce. In 2020, Ms. DelMonico was named a “Woman Leader in the Law” by Corporate Counsel and American Lawyer Magazines and she was recognized among the "New Haven Power 50" and "Hartford Power 50" by the New Haven and Hartford business journals.
Mr. Waters has extensive experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation cases, with an emphasis on employment, non-compete and trade secret litigation.
