The 2024 edition of Chambers USA, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business has ranked Murtha Cullina’s Massachusetts Bankruptcy/Restructuring and Construction practices as leading practices in the state.

The publication describes Murtha Cullina’s Bankruptcy/Restructuring practice as, “adept at handling contentious and noncontentious matters for businesses, lenders and trustees. The practice is experienced in insolvency and distressed finance situations affecting companies in a range of sectors. It is noted for its work on sophisticated Chapter 7 cases and oversees major distressed asset transactions as well as asset recovery and fraudulent transfer claims.”

Murtha’s Massachusetts Construction practice is noted by the publication as, “an accomplished team with strong experience in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, and a broad spectrum of disputes relating to construction projects.
