The 2023 edition of Chambers USA ranked Murtha Cullina’s Massachusetts Bankruptcy/Restructuring and Construction practices as leading practices in the state.
The publication notes that our Massachusetts Bankruptcy/Restructuring practice “is equally adept at handling contentious and noncontentious matters for businesses, lenders and trustees. The practice is experienced in insolvency and distressed finance situations affecting companies in a range of sectors. It is noted for its work on sophisticated Chapter 7 cases, and oversees major distressed asset transactions as well as asset recovery and fraudulent transfer claims.”
Our Massachusetts Construction practice is noted for having “an accomplished team with strong experience in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, and a broad spectrum of disputes relating to construction projects.
