Murtha Cullina is continuing its strategic growth and strengthening its client offerings with the addition of Adam F. Zweifler as partner and Meghan A. Hayden as counsel in the Business and Finance Department and the Real Estate Practice Group. In addition, paralegal Krystal Cocolla and Legal Administrative Assistant Erica Muzzulin who worked with Adam and Meghan for years at Kroll, McNamara, Evans & Delehanty LLP also joined the firm.
Adam’s practice includes originating and servicing commercial mortgage loans for insurance and finance companies in the commercial real estate sector. He advises clients with portfolio loans and multi-state, multi-property loans, which include retail centers, office buildings, multi-family properties, industrial and warehouse facilities.
Adam is a fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. He is a former president the Real Estate Finance Association (Hartford Chapter) and served on its Statewide Executive Committee.
Meghan Hayden’s practice includes a variety of commercial and real estate transactions. She advises clients on finance, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, loan workouts and restructuring, construction contracts, joint ventures and other commercial transactions.
Meghan also has experience representing lending institutions, property developers, owners, tenants and landlords. She assists clients with the purchase, sale, financing, leasing and development of commercial real estate properties, commercial transactions and other general corporate issues. Meghan has also represented and advised municipal clients in connection with general real estate and municipal matters.
