Murtha Cullina represented the Regional Water Authority (RWA) in its acquisition of James Carboni Plumbing & Heating, Inc., a North Franklin, Connecticut-based Smart-E approved contractor providing plumbing, heating, air conditioning and remodeling services to residential and business customers.
The acquisition was announced on October 11, 2023. The team advising RWA was led by Nick Vitti and Drake McKenney and included Sal Gangemi, Melanie Aska and Krystal Cocolla.
