Murtha Cullina recently advised Rawson Materials in its complex purchase of substantially all of the assets of Massachusetts-based Rampco Construction Corporation, Inc. The business will now operate under the Rawson Materials name.
The deal became effective on November 1, 2023.
The Murtha team was led by Nick Vitti and included Chelsey Lombardo, Graham Garrett, Sal Gangemi, Drake McKenney and Patti Boye-Williams.
