Murtha Cullina continues its strategic growth by welcoming partner Tatyana Voloshchuk in its Business Law and Intellectual Property practices. Tatyana joins the firm with paralegal Tina M. Gill, with whom she worked previously at a full-service intellectual property law firm.

With more than 16 years of experience and a strong background in life sciences, Tatyana brings a deep knowledge regarding all aspects of intellectual property law and litigation, and we look forward to her growing our IP practice. We also welcome paralegal Tina Gill, whose 20 years of experience will assist our team in satisfying client demands accurately and efficiently,” noted Managing Partner and Intellectual Property group member Andy Corea.
Tatyana has extensive experience in patent, trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation. In addition, she advises clients with regard to due diligence matters including intellectual property clearance, licensing and acquisition. Her practice includes preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patents in a variety of technical fields, including pharmaceuticals, laundry and home care, hair care, medical devices and instruments, packaging, green technology, and consumer products. Tatyana also has extensive experience preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign design patents.
Tatyana is also a skilled litigator and has represented clients in numerous patent, trademark and copyright matters through every stage of litigation, from pre-filing investigation through trial and appeal. She has been a member of litigation teams in state and district courts throughout the country, as well as the International Trade Commission.
