As part of Murtha Cullina’s efforts to strategically enhance its services to clients in the Boston area, Mark Heinzelman has joined the firm’s Boston office as counsel in the Litigation practice. Mark’s practice focuses on product and premises liability, and general liability defense.
Mark has extensive experience defending contractors, insurers and product manufacturers, ranging from independent local businesses to Fortune 500 corporations, in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
Mark has a strong background in the hospitality industry and has worked with hotels, restaurants, music venues and movie theaters on a wide range of litigation matters. He also represents clients in a variety of commercial litigation, toxic tort, civil RICO and patent litigation matters.
