Counsel Molly Ackerly was recently featured in an article for Connecticut Super Lawyers Magazine that shares the stories of four female attorneys who have been practicing law since the 1970s.
Alongside Greta E. Solomon (Cohen and Wolf), Judge Elaine Gordon (Gordon ADR) and Linda L. Mariani (Mariani Reck Lane), Molly tells the story of how she decided to become a lawyer, as well as her experiences in law school and the challenges she faced as a young attorney.
Molly closes the article with a piece of advice for the next generation of female attorneys, "There were times when I probably should have stood up for myself a little bit more, and I wish I had. The thing to do is to work hard and trust yourself."
