Partner Michael Connolly has been appointed the chair of the Middle Market and Small Business Committee of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section.
This committee serves corporate and transactional lawyers who counsel small and mid-sized enterprises controlled by families, entrepreneurs, private equity firms, venture capital firms and smaller publicly held companies.
Mike’s three-year term as chair of the Middle Market and Small Business Committee will begin in September 2023.
Mike has been a longtime volunteer of the ABA having served as chair of the Family-Owned Business Subcommittee, and a member of the Business Divorce Subcommittee and the Middle Market and Small Business Committee.
