Mark DeGiacomo, chair of the Litigation practice, and Bob Kaelin, co-chair of the Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights practice, are participating in the ABI Northeast Bankruptcy Conference, which is being held July 13-15 in Newport, RI.
Mark will moderate a panel discussion on "Avoidance Actions" that will analyze several recent and potentially controversial issues, including current views of the courts, arising in connection with avoidance actions in business bankruptcies. Bob will moderate the "Involuntary Bankruptcies: Often Discussed, Seldom Used" session.
