On November 28, Kari Olson, chair of Murtha Cullina’s Land Use practice and co-chair of the Municipal Law practice will speak at the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities (CCM) Annual Convention at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT. Kari's session is titled, “Update on Short-Term Rentals: Legal Pitfalls and Practical Challenges."
Kari represents clients in the area of municipal and land use litigation, general commercial and creditor’s rights litigation and probate litigation. Learn more about her practice.
Murtha Cullina is general counsel to CCM and has served as special counsel and/or town attorney to approximately 30 municipalities in Connecticut in the areas of land use, environmental law, economic development, water and sewer matters, litigation, legislative, renewable energy, and labor and employment law.
