On January 31, Jonathan Horne will participate as a panelist in Financial Poise's upcoming webinar, "Litigation Basics 2024/TROs and Preliminary Injunctions."
The panel will discuss the procedural and substantive requirements for obtaining temporary restraining orders (TROs) and preliminary injunctions, best practices for how to succeed on motions seeking TROs and preliminary injunctions and how to challenge and defeat those motions.
Steven Reingold of Saul Ewing LLP will moderate the panel, and Jonathan will be joined by panelists Richard Hellerman of The Law Office of Richard K. Hellerman, P.C. and Timothy Pastore of Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP.
In addition to his role in Murtha Cullina's Bankruptcy practice, Jonathan is an experienced litigation attorney and represents clients’ interests in a wide range of commercial and business disputes, including D&O fiduciary litigation, complex contract and construction disputes in both state and federal court. He also represents clients in ERISA benefit claims with a focus on representing insurance companies in medical benefit claim cases.
