Murtha Cullina LLP has promoted Attorneys Shera G. Golder, Rachel Snow Kindseth, James F. Radke and Lisa P. Staron to Counsel.
Ms. Golder is a member of the Firm’s Trusts and Estates Department. She is responsible for preparing sophisticated estate and tax plans. Ms. Golder is a member of the Legal and Tax Panel and Grants Committee of the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Hartford and a member of the Professional Advisory Committee for the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving.
Ms. Kindseth is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department. She represents clients in the area of litigation, including commercial, employment, and insurance coverage on behalf of policyholders. She has both jury and bench trial experience. In addition to her trial court experience, Ms. Kindseth has drafted appellate briefs for cases before the Connecticut Supreme Court and Appellate Court and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Radke is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department. He is a commercial litigator who helps clients resolve a wide variety of business disputes. Mr. Radke’s practice includes regular appearances in Massachusetts state and federal courts, including bench and jury trials, participation in alternative dispute resolution proceedings and handling appeals in state and federal courts.
Ms. Staron is a member of the Firm’s Trusts and Estates Department. Her practice includes estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and trust litigation. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Estates and Probate Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, and a member of the Estate and Business Planning Council of Hartford, Inc. Ms. Staron’s practice includes regular appearances before the Connecticut Probate Courts and Connecticut Superior Courts, as well as frequent participation in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
