On July 9, Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights partner Daniel Cohn will participate on a panel titled, "Business Track: Smelling Smoke, Seeing Fire, Getting Burned: Good Faith as a Bankruptcy Filing Requirement" at the American Bankruptcy Institute's Northeast Bankruptcy Conference & Consumer Forum. The discussion will center on the question of "good faith" bankruptcy filings in light of the LTL Management LLC case. Dan will be joined by panelists Shari I. Dwoskin (Brown Rudnick LLP), Hon. Bruce A. Harwood (U.S. Bankruptcy Court D.N.H) and Brad Orelowitz (The Michel-Shaked Group). 

The Consumer Forum will focus on sophisticated financial scenarios that practitioners often face. The Forum will provide attendees with exclusive insights on current consumer bankruptcy issues and allow for meaningful participation with panelists on a variety of topics.

The American Bankruptcy Institute is the nation's largest and most diverse community of bankruptcy professionals.
