Bankruptcy partner Dan Cohn has been reappointed to a two-year term as chair of the American College of Bankruptcy’s Bankruptcy Policy Committee. In this role, Dan is responsible for recommending positions for the College to take on new bankruptcy legislation.    

Dan previously served on the College’s board of directors and as its regent for the First Circuit.

The American College of Bankruptcy is an honorary public service association of U.S. and international insolvency professionals who are invited to join as fellows based on a proven record of the highest standards of expertise, leadership, integrity, professionalism, scholarship and service to the bankruptcy and insolvency practice and to their communities.
