On November 14, Trusts & Estates partner Alfred Casella will speak at the 2024 Federal Tax Institute of New England, hosted by the Connecticut Bar Association.
Alfred will present the session, "Networking Including Clients to Avoid," which will discuss effective networking, marketing and options to grow a probate and estate planning practice. This session is presented by the Connecticut Bar Association's Estates and Probate, Tax and Business Law Sections. Recommended for attorneys new to the probate and estate planning practice, the session also provides the following credits: CT: 1.0 CLE Credit (General) and NY: 1.0 CLE Credit (AOP).
The Federal Tax Institute of New England is the premiere event for estate planning and tax attorneys. The day will kick-off with a networking breakfast followed by both plenary and break-out sessions. Alongside Alfred, other national speakers will present on cutting-edge tax and estate planning issues. This year’s program includes a full-day track for estates and probate paralegals and a track for young lawyers.
Alfred’s practice includes sophisticated estate planning, estate administration and probate litigation. His practice also includes serving as a fiduciary, whether as executor, trustee or conservator, as well as serving as counsel for conservatorships. He advises private foundations on governance and compliance.
